The Avantio Partnership is an event our Partnerships department organises every two years in the beautiful city of Valencia.
Being the Partner Marketing Specialist, I had the incredible opportunity of getting involved hands-on in the making of this three-day event.
In true Avantio style, every edition has to be bigger and better - and this one was no exception!
Over three sunny days in February, we brought together more than 500 vacation rental professionals, partners, and clients across three iconic Valencia locations: el Mercado de la Imprenta, el Mercado Central, and el Palacio de Congresos.
Putting this event together was both a huge challenge and such a rewarding experience. Seeing months of work finally come to life is honestly one of my favourite things about my job!
This three-day event was a company-wide effort, led by the Marketing and Partnerships department.
For me, the biggest challenge (and achievement!) was managing the full journey of our 40+ sponsors, who together represented over 100 attendees. This included:
