The Event

The Avantio Partnership is an event our Partnerships department organises every two years in the beautiful city of Valencia.

Being the Partner Marketing Specialist, I had the incredible opportunity of getting involved hands-on in the making of this three-day event.

In true Avantio style, every edition has to be bigger and better - and this one was no exception!

Over three sunny days in February, we brought together more than 500 vacation rental professionals, partners, and clients across three iconic Valencia locations: el Mercado de la Imprenta, el Mercado Central, and el Palacio de Congresos.

Putting this event together was both a huge challenge and such a rewarding experience. Seeing months of work finally come to life is honestly one of my favourite things about my job!

This three-day event was a company-wide effort, led by the Marketing and Partnerships departments.

My biggest achievement was managing the end-to-end journey of our 40+ sponsors, who represented over 100 attendees. This included:

  • Managing all sponsor communications from start to finish, including pre-event updates, logistics, and on-site instructions.
  • Coordinating deliverables such as booth artwork, conference decks, and on-site team logistics.
  • Overseeing quality control for all sponsor activations, materials, and deliverables, both onsite and across digital platforms.
  • Organising the sponsor agenda, including presentations and workshops.
  • Ensuring every sponsor received the full value of their package and that all contractual obligations were met.

The event was a huge success!

I loved the incredible energy we created and the chance to connect with our community face-to-face. I’m so proud of this achievement and already looking forward to the next edition.
